1. What We Use
We may use cookies, browser local storage, session storage, and similar technologies
to keep the product functional and secure.
In this Policy, "cookies" also includes local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, SDKs,
server logs, and similar browser or device technologies used to remember state or measure usage.
2. Strictly Necessary Technologies
These technologies are required for the product to work. Disabling them may prevent login,
subscription access, checkout state, security controls, or scanner functionality from working.
- Authentication token and session state.
- Subscription and access-gating state.
- Security, fraud-prevention, rate-limit, and abuse-prevention state.
- Password reset, email verification, or checkout return state when those flows are enabled.
- Basic product functionality such as keeping the scanner usable after login.
3. Preference and Functional Storage
We may store selected product preferences so the site does not feel broken every time you return.
These preferences may include:
- Theme and light/dark preference.
- Language and locale preference.
- Scanner filters, sorting, selected venues, watchlists, selected windows, and UI state.
- Help-center, onboarding, or education progress if enabled.
Clearing browser storage may log you out, reset theme/language, clear local preferences, or require
you to reconfigure scanner settings.
4. Analytics, Attribution, and Performance
We use first-party analytics events to understand product usage, conversion, scanner interactions,
billing-flow health, and service performance. These events help us see whether users can register,
log in, subscribe, open the scanner, use filters, view pair history, read help articles, and recover
from errors.
- Visitor and session identifiers.
- Campaign attribution such as UTM source, medium, campaign, referrer, and landing page.
- Page views, CTA clicks, form submissions, checkout events, product usage events, and outbound exchange-link clicks.
- Browser, device, locale, theme, timestamps, and non-sensitive diagnostic metadata.
If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is enabled through site configuration, those services may
use their own cookies or similar technologies for measurement and attribution. Where consent is required,
non-essential analytics will be handled according to the applicable consent rules.
5. Payment and Checkout Technologies
Checkout and subscription management may be handled by Polar or another payment provider. When you
open checkout or a billing portal, the provider may set cookies or use browser storage on its own
domains to process payment, prevent fraud, manage tax, provide receipts, and operate the customer portal.
We receive subscription and billing status metadata from the provider so we can unlock access and
show billing history. Full card numbers and payment credentials should be handled only by the provider.
6. Current First-Party Storage Keys
The exact list may change as the product evolves, but the current product may use the following
first-party browser storage keys:
crypto_arbitrage_scanner_token - login and API access token.
crypto_arbitrage_scanner_api_base_url - local or configured API endpoint preference.
crypto_arbitrage_scanner_locale_v2 - selected language.
crypto_arbitrage_scanner_theme - selected light/dark theme.
crypto_arbitrage_scanner_theme_manual_v1 - whether the theme was chosen manually.
crypto_arbitrage_scanner_visitor_id_v1 - first-party analytics visitor ID.
crypto_arbitrage_scanner_session_id_v1 - first-party analytics session ID.
crypto_arbitrage_scanner_attribution_v1 - campaign, referrer, and attribution data.
7. Retention
Local storage may remain in your browser until you clear it, use browser controls, log out where
applicable, or until we rotate or replace the stored value. Session storage usually expires when
the browser session or tab ends. Server-side analytics and security records are retained as described
in our Privacy Policy.
8. Managing Cookies and Storage
You can control cookies and storage through your browser settings. You can also clear site data for
fundingratescanner.qats.us. Doing so may log you out, reset scanner preferences, reset language/theme,
or make checkout/session flows unavailable until you sign in again.
If a consent banner or preference center is provided in the future, you will be able to manage
non-essential categories through that interface where required by law.
9. Future Technologies
As the product evolves, we may add technologies required for alerts, Telegram or email delivery,
API access, team accounts, fraud prevention, help-center CMS, customer support, A/B testing,
product research, or billing-provider integrations. We will update this Policy where the change
is material.
10. Changes
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here
and update the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the product,
account area, email, or billing provider where appropriate.
